Growing Kings Inc. Organizes Young Black and Reckless Town Hall Meeting

A montage of influential panelists assembled on behalf of Growing Kings to send a mighty message to Birmingham’s male youth… “We are taking you back.”

The Town Hall meeting entitled, “Young, Black and Reckless” included a team of powerful Birmingham leaders, including former Alabama and NFL star Jeremiah Castille, Police Chief A.C. Roper, Rev. Tadera White of New Hope Baptist Church and Wilkerson Middle science teacher, Lawrence Joseph.

United with Growing Kings, the panel identified and discussed major issues plaguing inner city children and noteworthy solutions to win back the Birmingham community.
