The Kings’ Crowns
We really enjoyed our students and want to congratulate them on an awesome year by highlighting some of their accomplishments:
Inglenook 8th graders graduated from our Measures of a Man program and received the following awards:
– Top 3 overall GPA in Science
– Top 3 overall GPA in English
– Most Improved in Science
– Most Improved in Exceptional Education
– Read 180 Champion
– Top Overall Athlete
– Principal’s Award
Two of our Hudson K-8 Students Dewayne Sampson and DeAnthony Woodall, competed in the final round of the Ed Foundation Big Pitch at Regions Auditorium in front of Condoleezza Rice and 200 other business leaders.
Two graduating Growing Kings students at Tuggle Elementary School, Branquez and O’Marion were honored as a top five highest GPAs and class salutatorian, respectively.
The Growing Kings Family would also like to congratulate, Santiago Romero, Kenneth Boykins, and all of our Kings who graduated from A.H. Parker High School. Santiago was the class salutatorian and Kenneth earned the highest ACT score at Parker, furthermore at least half of the male honor students were Growing Kings participants.
